My Experience

Hi! I'm Nichole. I "grew up" in the mortgage business with an incredible mother who was a top producing Loan Officer & Branch Manager. In 2002, I started working in the document department of a title company, creating the escrow documents necessary for all closings.

While I attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona I continued to work for the same company as an Escrow Assistant. A few years later I entered the mortgage business and stayed there for 10 years. I have worked as an Assistant Mortgage Loan Processor and a Business Development Representative. I created and wrote a USDA/FHA Manual for Loan Officers as well as all of the marketing brochures, newsletters, and sales campaigns for my company. My attention to detail is invaluable! I spent years being deeply involved in the real estate community and client relations, planning client parties and events for local businesses.
